I chose to have the hands reaching up towards the headline (will insert later) to attract the reader to the name. The name of my magazine, Humanism, is supposed to tell you all that I am going to include before you even begin reading.I already broke a rule (or I guess a tip) from magazinedesigning.com, but I think the pose that I chose fits perfectly with the style I am going for.
The background shows the nature theme that I am incorporating throughout the entire magazine. The clothing also matches that boho style that I am going for.
I am super satisfied with the way this picture turned out. It's relaxed, not too in your face, and naturally represents my magazine perfectly.
